I can’t be the only one who’s excited about how delicious the chocolate must taste from the Willy Wonka movies! My curiosity has definitely been piqued!
While I’ve never considered myself a huge chocolate lover, I’ve certainly enjoyed my fair share of Snickers, Kit Kats, and Twix.
When I think of my dream chocolate bar, it’s simple: I envision it being healthy yet indulgent! I believe a truly amazing, healthy chocolate bar can exist! I’d love it to be creamy milk chocolate, packed with real bits and pieces of fruit.
And oh, how wonderful it would be if it were exceptionally soft—a soft chocolate bar sounds absolutely delightful!
My name is Erykah Gray, but most people know me as Miss Gray. I hail from the charming town of Centreville in Southern Mississippi. I earned my Bachelor’s degree in English from The University of Southern Mississippi in Hattiesburg and a Master of Arts in Literature from Liberty University in Lynchburg, Virginia. Today, I’m a proud doctoral student at the University of Louisiana at Monroe, because I believe that learning is a lifelong journey—and I’m passionate about being on that path. Teaching isn’t just what I do; it’s who I am. I love speaking, writing, and inspiring others to find their voice. Every day in my classroom, I strive to make learning exciting and meaningful while helping my students grow into confident, inspired thinkers ready to take on the world. Here, I plan to do the same.
