A TEACHERble Moment on Writing

What do you enjoy most about writing?

When words decide to pause

And silence speaks in a mute clause,

I listen to my mind’s draft,

Then open my notebook

And begin to craft.

I write away, right away

With my pen in hand,

My story in play.

I turn blank into brand,

Spelling out what’s unsaid.

Editing the silence,

Rewriting the noise instead.
